From scattered to shipped.
A deployment is only as good as the package inside it. We start with the mess: installers, dependencies, registry keys, prerequisites. We turn it into one unit that installs the same way every time.
Analyse. Vendor media, dependencies, licensing, and what the application really writes to disk and registry.
Build. Silent install and uninstall, transforms, scripts, detection rules, version logic.
Test. Clean machines, upgrade paths, user context, rollback. Real hardware, not just virtual machines.
Deploy. Collections, phased rollout, maintenance windows, and an eye on the status board.
Operate. Patching, supersedence, client health, and the logs when something needs reading.

Troubleshooting is a craft. Most problems are already explained somewhere in CMTrace. You have to be willing to look.
We test on real machines.
A package that works in a virtual machine is a hypothesis. One that works on the finance department’s laptops is a fact.
